Hello, I'm Rosie, and I'm an independent Beauty Therapist and Permanent makeup artist with over 18 years of experience in the beauty industry. I specialise in Fine Line Tattoos, Permanent Make-up (PMU), lashes and brows in my beautifully quaint salon in Exmouth, Devon (please see the address below). It's an idyllic space to sit back, relax and treat yourself.

Available for Powder Brows, PMU Lip Blush and PMU Eyeliner, and my new passion: Fine Line Tattoos. As well as Lash Extensions, Lash Lift, Brow Tint and/or Shape, Waxing, Bio Sculpture Gel Nails, Electrolysis and Ear Piercing.
A Patch Test is required at least 48 hours prior to the first session of selected treatments. Treatments will be cancelled if the Patch Test has not been carried out and a cancellation fee will be applied
